Participating schools include The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, Purdue College of Pharmacy, Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, UIC College of Pharmacy, University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, University of Michigan College of Pharmacy, University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, and University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy.


The notice applies to our practices for gathering and disseminating information related to Live the #PharmLife (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and is meant to provide you an overview of our practices when collecting and processing your personal information.

We collect personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Direct Collection: Our website contains a contact form that collects information used to receive and respond to questions from website visitors.

Direct Collection

We directly collect the following personal information:

  • Name, telephone number and email address from users who complete our Contact Us form to submit a question to Live the #PharmLife

The “Live the #PharmLife” Campaign is committed to facilitating the exercise of the rights granted to you by EU data protection law in a timely manner.

Access, correction and other requests – You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data, as well as the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you. Right to object – You have the right to object to receiving marketing materials from us by following the opt-out instructions in our marketing emails, as well as the right to object to any processing of your personal data based on your specific situation. The United States is not currently among the countries outside the European Union that have been deemed by the European Commission to have an adequate level of legal protections for personal information. To ensure the lawful transfers of personal information from the EU, the “Live the #PharmLife” Campaign relies on the derogations laid out in Article 49 GDPR.
